Moderation mania strikes again

That well known bastion of free speech, the Guardian, has moderated one of my comments on one of its articles again.
The comment was on the shock-horror story that Shadow Home Secretary Chris Grayling thinks owners of B&Bs should be able to refuse admission to gay couples if they have religious or conscientious objections to homosexual behaviour.

Witchfinders
This doesn’t strike me as all that terrible, to tell the truth. Naturally, though, the witchfinders have gathered, baying about anti-gay bigotry.

It’s a secret
My comment focused on the fact that the Grayling revelation came via a secret recording of his speech. No doubt the Guardian sees this as fearless investigative reporting.

I spy with my little mind
But I see it as another example of the nasty habit leftists have of spying on people, like members of one of those Cuban Committees for the Defence of the Revolution that rat people out to the regime.

So…my comment was something like.

Just as a matter of interest, how many people is the Guardian spying on at the moment?
It’s just that I read somewhere that there’s a rat for every man, woman and child in Britain. And I was wondering – do they all work for the Guardian?
And do you have to train them, or do they just do it naturally?

Nuff said, apparently.
